Which area’s do you collect from? We cover all of London, Essex and will have a network of driver partners to help nationwide.

How big are your vans? Our standard vans are LWB high top Transit type van and Luton Vans for larger moves. Please do call us if you are unsure and we can help you. We use small vans for delivering goods of furniture and ideal for student moves.

How do I make a booking? Follow this link to make a booking Book Online – The price you get quoted covers a SERVICE + 2HRS BOOKING + a little mileage charge. Please see the rates and your obligations to pay the driver in cash when he completes the work. *When making a booking, please state clearly the items you have and want moved.

Bookings explained:
Small Van = Small moves / Goods from A – B: Helpful Driver + Van. Just collect and drives you to your destination.
Medium Van = Medium Moves: Removal Service + 2 Men. Let the professionals do it all with lifting and shifting.
Large Van = Large Moves: Removal Service + 3 Men. Let the professionals do it all with lifting and shifting.

Does my quote include VAT ? All our prices are excluding VAT unless told otherwise.

Does my quote include congestion charge, ULEZ and parking fees? No, our van quotes exclude the Congestion Charge and Parking fees/ ULEZ. Please pay the driver afterwards.

Do I need to book a van in advance? Booking a van and man in advance is recommended. We have a good number of vans serving everyday therefore we can always help if happens you need our service urgently.

Are your drivers insured? Yes up to £10,000 per a van maximum with £250 excess for each and every claim and is payable by customer.

Do you charge for call outs? No! We only charge for the time we spend (+ mileages) with our customers while carrying out the removal. Remove Group have a good number of vans on the road, GPS tracked and linked via our dispatching software. Therefore, we make sure you get the van closest to your pick up point.

Do we have to book for a set period of time? No! After our minimum charge for two hours, we charge for every half an hour and you can keep the van and driver/s for as long as you wish.

Can I travel with the van and driver? Yes you can! However some of our vans do have 2 men so we will need to know in advance if 2 passengers need to travel. Please mention this in the notes.

Can I rely on you to turn up on the day? Yes! Remove Group has never failed to turn up for a job.

What should I do if i have a complaint? Please get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to resolve any problems or simply send us an email to: leowoest@icloud.com

When does my payment start and end? You will start being charged once the driver arrives at your pick up location which is our agreed start time . You will stop being charged once your last item is responsibly placed in your drop off location.

Do my quotes include ferry costs? No, unfortunately there is no software available that recognises if your van will need to board a ferry.

What is the minimum hours of booking? All bookings are minimum two hours.
